My name is Wendy Sefert Harvey and I am the founder of Steamboat Elite Property Management, L.L.C., a company geared toward providing vacation rental management and second home caretaking services for high-end mountain homes. Having provided property management and host services for Quintess, a leading luxury destination club, I am well-versed in the field of high-end hospitality services and standards. I also have managed several of the finest mountain homes found in Steamboat Springs, Vail, Beaver Creek, and Aspen.
  
Mountain homes are complex; the systems require constant care and monitoring. Even the briefest period of neglect can be problematic. Steamboat Elite understands the complexities and we employ a rock solid preventive maintenance plan that includes monthly, quarterly, and yearly activities to ensure your home is maintained in tip-top condition.

Steamboat Elite is a small property management company by design. We maintain a low inventory of luxury homes so that we may offer prioritization to your vacation rental and undivided attention to every detail of your second home. With low overhead, we also offer very low management fees--without sacrificing service. Our company outsources all our maintenance and housekeeping services for you and you pay real costs. We do not take a cut from any of our providers which means we do not have any reason to oversell our homeowners on unnecessary repairs and maintenance. It's simple...we take care of your home like you would take care of your home.
